How do I check/track my order status?
You can log into your account or check in your mailbox.
For each shipment, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order by visiting clicking the link : Tracking Page. You can also use the Aftership app and Apple Tracking to be updated in real-time about your order status.
How do I place an order?
Just browse in our unique catalog and add the items you want in your cart. Then simply checkout and follow the steps.
When will my order be processed?
Depending on the stock status of the item(s) you ordered, you order can qualify for sameday shipping or can take up to 30-45 days if you purchase 1 or more backordered/custom made item(s).
Can I customize my order?
Yes, you can request customizations for your order. Depending on the item, it may or may not be possible, but you can always email us at [email protected] and we’ll let you know if it can be done.
Shipping & Returns
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the service you selected at the checkout, it can be from 24h to more than 30 days.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No return, except for product received damaged by the carrier or defective on arrival. You must contact us within 12 hours after the delivery confirmation timestamp to notify us of the problem. Past this delay, claim will be declinded automatically.
