While I was in Houston, I found this tiny vintage jewelry shop. I was telling the manager what I was looking for, and he said he didn’t have exactly that — but maybe I’d love something else. So he went in the back and came out with these gorgeous bangles. He told me they were vintage pieces he found in a little local shop.
Sooo… you know me… I took them ALL! 😅
The material isn’t marked, but they’re in such amazing condition — especially for being over 15 years old! He said they’ve never been worn and that they were part of a collection from a woman named Martha, who used to design jewelry back in the 80s and early 2000s. After she passed, her husband had to sell most of her pieces…
So now, when you wear them, I think — Martha’s probably watching, proud as ever, keeping an eye on us… with all her heart, and mine too. 💛
